Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: AKT Peerless was unable to determine the date of first development of the subject property and/or use of the unknown structure possible pole barn on the subject property from at least the late 1930s until the 1950s. A �pole barn� was noted on a historical assessing card. Since the 1950's, one small rectangular shaped building along the western portion of the subject property, with associated driveways/parking areas and three pump islands has been added and utilized as a filling station and a used car sales lot. Save Way, Central Petroleum Co. Gas Station, Mary McIsaac and Freeman Gillespie, Marcus and Kelly Brown, Ted�s Auto Used Cars, Jason & Pamela Kelley, and the GCLBA have all been owners of this property since the 1950's. The property is currently unoccupied.
