Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Dating back to at least 1893-1900's, the subject property was used as a barber shop, dwelling, opera house, wood shop, blacksmith, and paint shops. Kronk�s Opera House is the only listed owner for this time period. In 1910's-late 1910's, parcel A consisted of a structure that contained a print shop. Parcel B consisted of an opera house Kronk�s Opera House with a stage and scenery addition that was constructed prior to 1910. Parcel C consisted of a wagon shop a black smith and veneer shop and a print shop. In 1920's-late 1920's, parcel A consisted of a structure that contained a dwelling. Parcel B consisted of a garage and electric motor shop. One 1,000 gallon gasoline tanks and an oil tank of unknown size are located directly east of Subject Building 1. Parcel C consists of a wagon shop, smith shop and an apartment. In 1930's-mid 1930's, parcel A consisted of a structure that contained a store. Parcel B consisted of a garage and repair shop with a paint spraying area. Parcel C consisted of a smith shop and an apartment. Late 1930's-1950's, the subject property consisted of Subject Building 1 and a portion of Subject Building 2. A single structure is shown on Parcel A. 1960's-2008, the subject property consisted of Subject Building 1 and Subject Building 2. Robert Hashbarger Judge Robert Ransom Gerald and Pat Kimmel, Roy and Glen Buys, Del Moreland /Pontiac Body Shop a roller skating rink a sign shop, Industrial Rack Company and the Genesee Coating Company vacuum sales, and floor covering store have been the uses of the property during this time period. The structure that was located on Parcel A has been demolished. From 2008-present, subject buildings 1 and 2 still remain. Mr. Del Moreland is listed as the property owner.
