Former Use: Parcel A - According to assessing records, a building was located at 1135 � North Chevrolet Avenue which had been constructed in 1924 and was demolished by July 10, 1980. The building that was located on this parcel appeared to encompass all of Parcel A. AKT Peerless also reviewed Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps which labeled this building as a �store.� Parcel B - The historical assessing cards for 1137 North Chevrolet identified a concrete island, four possible pumps and an �oil stand� were located on the eastern portion of Parcel B. A building was also depicted in the figure. According to the assessing records the building was built in 1927 and had a large addition put on in 1928, which expanded to the west of the original structure. These buildings were removed from the subject property on July 10, 1980. AKT Peerless reviewed Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps and City Directories, for possible occupants of Parcel B. The 1950 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map labeled the large addition as �auto repair� and �store,� while the property itself was labeled �filling station.� The 1968 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map identified the large addition as containing �auto repair.� Based on AKT Peerless� City Directory review the following business and/or individuals occupied Parcel B: Jes E Ruhstorfer, Longfellow Lunch, Chevrolet Av Auto Service, Same Day Cleaners, Wilson Kenneth, Donald E Severance, Cal�s Drapery Cleaners, HB Aircraft Std Parts.
