Additional Property Attributes

Owners of the convenient store on the property have plans to sell the property to Hugh Development for redevelopment as a mixed-use building but the sale of the property was stalled until environmental assessments were performed. The Brownfield Program provided both Phase I and Phase II assessments to help secure the sale of this property.

Former Use: The property consists of three lots, a current retail establishment convenient store with a parking lot and one vacant lot. Historical records on the vacant lot indicate that the property operated as a gasoline service station from 1954 to 1977, as Jim and Bob's Service Station until 1960 and then S. Champion Service Station until 1977.
