Additional Property Attributes

The owners of the property are working with the Portland Development Commission to redevelop the property as mixed use. The owners of the property, currently a strip mall, contacted the Portland Brownfield Program for assistance with the ESA needed to determine historical uses. The potential brownfiled status was a barrier to redevelopment efforts along a commercial corridor that is undergoing substantial revitalization.

Former Use: The property at 4128 NE MLK Blvd has a vacant two-story structure built in 1904. The property at 407 NE Mason has one structure built in 1950. Both properties are zoned for high-density residential and neighboring properties are residential and commercial uses.
