Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site historically operated as the Wilmington Coal and Coke Company, the Keystone Coal Company, and most recently (through early 2006) as the Delaware Insulation Company. These historical operations resulted in the generation of a variety of hazardous and non-hazardous materials at the site. A fire occured at the sire in 2006 and left on section of the plant partially demolished. The several remaining single-story buildings on site were subsequently demolished in April-May 2007.
