Prohibiting the instalation of groundwater wells for drinking water purposes by recording that the site is within the City of Wilmington's established Groundwater Management Zone (GMZ).

Additional Property Attributes

The 38 Vandever Ave site is a much needed Community Center for the Wilmington Community. The Community Center provides job training programs and after school programs for area residents.

Former Use: The property operated as a machine shop and foundry by the A.C. Layman Machine Company from approxamitly 1927 to 1992. The past commercial use of the property caused the contamination.
