A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment completed in November 2010 revealed recognized environmental conditions as defined by ASTM Standard Practice E1527-05which included: � The subject site�s proximity to a former rail line along the western boundary of the site potential impacts related to inorganic and/or petroleum-based preservatives and arsenic � Potential for migrating petroleum-related impacts from nearby current and/or historical sources Elmo�s Station, Used Car Exchange, Glover #117, Howell Interiors and General Dentistry Office � Potential for migrating impacts from Crest Cleaners a site currently identified as a priority site in the State�s Drycleaner Solvent Cleanup Program � Potential for migrating impacts from the historical adjacent power company site which reportedly contained a crude oil tank � Potential for migrating impacts from a nearby former automotive repair, used auto sales, and filling station facilities petroleum and solvents In July-August 2011, a Phase II ESA was completed to address the identiifed REC's. 14 soil borings and five groundwater monitor wells were installed for collection of soil and groundwater samples for laboratory analysis of petroleum, solvent and metals. Laboratory results revealed no impacts above State cleanup criteria.

Former Use: The site's previous land use included municipal, commercial and residential land uses.
