Additional Property Attributes

A petroleum release from the former regulated UST system located on this site was being managed by the SCDHEC UST Program. The SCDHEC UST permit ID number is 11018. Assessment activities were being paid for by the SC state petroleum fund. Because of a lack of receptors in the area state funds are being devoted to other higher priority sites. Brownfield assessment funds were used to continue the assessment at the site. Additional off-site assessment will be required.

Former Use: The property is being used as a used car lot.
