Additional Property Attributes

The Property is undeveloped with native grasses and flat with a gentle slope to the east. It consists of Renfrow-Vernon-Bethany shale. Soils at the Subject Property are classified as Urban Land? According to the research, three 3Oil and gas wells were drilled on the Subject Property, with a depth ranging from 50 to 6,652 feet. Two 2 of the three wells are not lugged.

Former Use: According to the Sanborn Maps, the Subject Property has been mainly used for residential purposes. In 1906, the Subject Property was developed with single-family dwellings. In 1922 and until 1969, apartment buildings were added to single-family dwellings. At the time of assessment, the Subject Property was undeveloped land. Construction of a 6-story Embassy Suites Hotel is now underway (Fall 2014).
