A Request for Proposals for the redevelopment of the property will be issued in the summer of 2008 with the contract awarded in the fall. Development anticipated to begin in 2009 (PPF - Harper Thiel (site id G3JLNY00), 1/26/08).

Former Use: Delaware Chemical engineering company built this building in 1918. Harper Thiel electroplating facility operated here from 1964-1999. It was purchased by Karun LLC in 2000. Investigation 2000-2005.
