Additional Property Attributes

�Sanborn Maps provided by EDR indicated the subject property was used as filing station since at least 1949 until at least 1963. The subject property was also identified as an automotive-related facility from at least 1980. The site reconnaissance identified what appeared to be vent pipes that are typically associated with underground storage tanks. AMEC does recommend further inquiry into the subject property at this time.

Former Use: Sanborn Maps provided by EDR indicated the subject property was used as filing station since at least 1949 until at least 1963. The subject property was also identified as an automotive-related facility from at least 1980.
