Additional Property Attributes

The site is an approximate 0.72-acre commercially developed parcel, located at 1505 NW 10th Street in Ocala, Marion County, Florida. The site is identified by the Marion County Property Appraiser as Parcel No. 25596-000-00. The site is developed with an approximate 2,000-square foot two-story, concrete block structure utilized as a hair salon with a second-floor apartment; an approximate 350-square foot storage shed, and dirt/asphalt parking areas.

Historical sources reviewed as part of this assessment indicate the site was vacant wooded land from at least 1940 to at least 1949; and commercially developed with the present-day site structure since 1956. The surrounding properties were mixed vacant wooded land in 1940; mixed vacant wooded land and residential properties from at least 1949 to at least 1956; and mixed vacant wooded land, commercial, and residential properties since 1964.The eastern adjacent property has been developed as a gasoline station since 1992; the southwestern adjacent property has been developed as a gasoline station since 1970; and the southern adjacent property has been developed as a auto repair/wrecker facility from at least 1964 to at least 1995. Terracon did not identify any RECs, HRECs or CRECs associated with the site.
