Additional Property Attributes

Past on-site and nearby off-site land uses at Campbellton Plaza, including former dry cleaners and gas stations, were evaluated for redevelopment challenges through a Limited Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) in 2011. The City's Brownfield Program reviewed land uses in addition to past environmental records and readily available soil and groundwater sampling data as part of this effort. Revitalizing the 100,000 square foot, 1960s shopping center remains a challenge.
