Additional Property Attributes

The BTA was coducted for the Cornerstone Fellowship Church "not for profit" to assist with a property transaction of a property that used to be a former filling station. The lending institution is requiring a Phase I. Several RECs were identified associated with the historical use as a Coop and filling station. A Phase II has been conducted that identifed petroleum products on the property. The site has been referred to the KDHE Storage Tank Trust Fund for further assessment and cleanup.
