Site has been redeveloped into the Farnum Center, which offers the first residential, medically-supported, non-hospital detoxification program in NH.

Former Use: The Site consists of an approximate 3.51-acre parcel formerly identified as the Queen City Inn property, located at 140 Queen City Avenue in the City of Manchester, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire and had operated as a motel since its construction in 1954. The Site is bordered by Queen City Avenue to the north, Sundial Avenue to the west, and Brown Avenue to the east. A portion of the southern boundary of the Site is bordered by Kennedy Street a dead-end to the south. The site has been fully redeveloped into the new Farnun Center, the state's first medical detoxification unit.
