Additional Property Attributes

The purpose of the Phase I and Limited Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) at this brownfield was to identify potential impacts related to a former dry cleaner that previously occupied a portion of this small shopping center. At the time of the ESAs in 2011 and 2012, the commercial building was largely underutilized. Ownership has not changed since then and the site remains vacant.

Former Use: Property previously developed as a church and then a daycare. A portion of the property was a dry cleaner.
