Additional Property Attributes

True Blue Holdings, LLC acquired the site and will continue to lease portions of the buildings to commercial tenants. Additionally, True Blue Holdings, LLC will also relocate blueberry processing operations from another facility to this location to support expanding operations. True Blue Holdings, LLC has indicated that the proposed redevelopment will result in the retention of a combination of 15 full/part-time jobs and create an additional 10 full-time jobs.

Former Use: The subject property was agricultural or vacant land prior to the initial development in 1954 by Canonie Construction. Canonie Excavating and later Canonie Oil and Canonie Energy operated at the site until the late 1990s.Gator Tool conducted light manufacturing operations in the southeast portion of the main building from 1997 to 2001. Assessing information shows that JLJ Properties purchased the property from the Patricia Canonie Trust. JLJ Properties then sold the property to AJMS, LLC in 2005.
