Additional Property Attributes

. Asbestos-containing materials ACMs were discovered to be present in the building pad.

Former Use: The subject property appears to have been first developed prior to 1962 when a small residence was built on the eastern portion. The residence was removed between 1962 and 1975 and a commercial structure was built on the property in 1964. The commercial structure was originally used as a bowling alley but since that time it has been used as a retail store, a western auto retail facility, and a mini-mall. The facility was last used as a museum and retail facility for antique dealers for approximately 5 years before it burnt down in October 2009. The subject property is currently vacant and undeveloped with the exception of a building foundation located on the central portion of the subject property.
