Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment did not reveal the presence of recognized environmental conditions at the property.

Former Use: Sanborn Insurance Maps indicate that the property was first developed and that the gymnasium was constructed between 1931 and 1941. The Gymnasium was used by the Curley School until it closed in the 1980s. The gymnasium is currently not in use and the facility is maintained by Pima County. Additionally, there is an uncovered basketball court located east of the gymnasium.
