Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment did not reveal the presence of recognized environmental conditions on the property.

Former Use: In 1962, there were several residences located on the subject property. Prior to 1975, the residences were removed and the western boundary of the subject property was used to park vehicles. Between 1975 and 1982, a commercial structure was constructed on the northern portion of the subject property and the vehicles were removed. The facility has apparently since been used by various commercial entities as a liquor store.
