Additional Property Attributes

The Limited Asbestos Survey revealed the presence of asbestos-containing materials ACMs in the building.

Former Use: There are two structures located on the western portion of the subject property that are occupied by the Marine Motel and a residence and mobile home located on the eastern portion of the subject property. The remainder of the subject property is vacant with areas designated for parking. There is a storage trailer located on the southeast portion of the subject property. The motel structures were constructed in the late 1960s and the residence and the mobile home were added in the mid to late 1970s. The uses on the subject property have remained unchanged since the construction of the motel. Interviews indicate that prior to development the subject property consisted of native desert.
