BTA was conducted for �Sac & Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska�, to evaluate a property with environmental uncertainties. The property is located within the Sac & Fox tribal jurisdiction. The BTA assessment is a key leveraging tool for Sac &Fox to evaluate the environmental reuse and redevelopment potential for the property. RECs were potential petroleum and/or hazardous substances associated with waste and chemical dumping observed on the site reconnaissance. Due to the identified RECs, a Phase II assessment was conducted. No contaminants of concern were identified.
