YouthBuild Louisville, founded in 2001, works with under-educated and unemployed youth who want to complete a high school education and develop skills to earn a living. Kentucky conducted a Phase I and a Phase II on behalf of YouthBuild through our 128(a)-funded Targeted Brownfield Assessment Program. YouthBuild was particularly interested in getting an assessment of the campus since they wanted to include urban agriculture in their program.
