Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is comprised of one, approximately 0.7-acre parcel of land located on the west side of River Street in Waterbury, Connecticut. During the late 1800s and early 1900s a dam crossed the Mill River at the southwestern corner of the Subject Property and portions of the Subject Property were occupied by a pond. A railroad siding associated with nearby industrial activities was present on the Subject Property prior to the construction of the current building. The current concrete-block garage was constructed in approximately 1950 and has been used for storage, auto repairs and auto painting. The current occupant is Harry�s Auto Body & Towing. The building was demolished in 2016.
