Additional Property Attributes

Site was dilapidated building, in danger of collapse at any moment, that the City sought to acquire, demolish and redevelop for a community medical clinic. A Phase I was done with 128(a) funds to provide bona fide prospective purchaser status for the City prior to acquisition. No RECs were identified.

Former Use: The site had a 3-story building, approximately 90 years old. The building was in poor physical condition and in danger of collapse; portions of the parapet of the building had already fallen into the street, forcing the City to close the sidewalk and parking spaces in front of the building.
