Former Use: � The Property is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Southwest 6th Street and South Robinson Avenue � Sewer, water, fiberoptic cable, and electric utilities are known to service the Property � The Property is described as Lots 30 through 32 of Block 23 of the South Oklahoma City Addition � The Property is 0.24 acres and is currently comprised of a vacant parking lot � The Property is flat with gentle slope to the south � The Property elevation is approximately 1,198 feet above mean sea level MSL � The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA � The Property�s geology consists of the Quaternary-age Alluvium overlaying Permian-age sedimentary rocks � Soils at the Property are classified as �Urban Land� � Oklahoma Corporation Commission OCC records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks USTs, aboveground storage tanks ASTs, water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features have been located on the Property � According to historic sources, the Property was utilized for residential purposes from at least the late 1800s until the late 1940s. From the 1940s until the late 1990s, the Property was utilized as a used car sales lot or a parking lot. From the late 1990s until the present, the Property has been vacant.
