Additional Property Attributes

Property transaction of a former bowling alley. Proposed as a church. RECs were identified as potential petroleum substances associated with: a former Kwik Shop #738 gas station located adjacent west of the site and petroleum based solvents used in a small parts washer on site, and a used solvent hopper. Due to the identified RECs, a Phase II assessment was conducted. No contaminants were identified and the property is cleared for redevelopment as a church.
