Property Highlights

City plans to rehabilitate the tower and build a small park underneath in commemoration of the State�s Centennial

Former Use: City has concerns about there being lead in the old paint due to the age of the tower which was built sometime in the 1930s. The tower has never been repainted. A lead paint inspection was requested. Encapsulation of the paint was done.
