Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Property is a motel on historic route 66 built in 1955. Asbestos and lead paint were of historic use for buildings of this time Phase one, asbestos, and lead studies have been completed as a requirement by our funding agencies local, state, federal government, and private charitable foundations The motel was boarded up in August 2009, and was previously used as transitional housing for veterans.
