Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site was the location of a petroleum filling station prior to 1979. Since May 2000, the Pueblo Cooperative Care Center (PCCC) has leased the building for distribution of clothing, goods, food, medical perscription assistance, personal hygiene essetials, and emergency transportation for the needy. PCCC would like to remodel/renovate the building to allow for a more suitable building to handle their operational and administrative needs. Thus an asbestos and lead-based paint survey was requested from CDPHE as part of their TBA activities in preparation for building renovation activities. The petroleum issues (i.e., the Phase I and Phase II activities, and any subsequent cleanup activities) were lead by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) - Division of Oil and Public Safety (OPS).
