Additional Property Attributes

The site was a Petroleum Brownfield and sampling was performed by the Underground Storage Tank Program. An old gas station was present on the site, and three USTs were removed. Elsinore city was interested in redeveloping the land and converting it into a city park. No previous Environmental Assessments had been performed at the time of sampling.

Former Use: Site was an abandoned gasoline service station. The town of Elsinore purchased the site and demolished the buildings with the intention to create a park or greenspace. A two story 2,100 sq. ft. building has been constructed on-site.
