Property Highlights

The site was a former landfill. Several residences are located around the site. The site is near Farmington Creek and Farmington Creek, which is a local fishery. The site is also upgradient for the city's primary culinary water supply well. The site has not been developed.

Former Use: Site was used as a landfill until the late 1970's when it was capped over. No Site Assessment had been conducted on the site prior to sampling and therefore there were no RECs at the time of sampling, however a stigma was associated with the property due to its former use as a landfill. Detected concentrations of contamination were below screening levels. The Site has not been developed.
