Additional Property Attributes

Property was formerly operated as a self service car wash. The City of Taylor purchased the property and demolished the building/infrastructure to market teh site for redevelopment. Developer is purchasing property to developed a multi-tenant commercial building.

Former Use: The subject property was undeveloped from at least 1940 until a vehicle wash building was constructed in 1965. The building was demolished in 2008 and the property has remained vacant and unused since. The City of Taylor currently owns the property.
