Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is approximately 0.25-acres in size and is located at 936 28th Street in Ogden, Utah. The Site consists of one tax parcel tax parcel number 02-013-0021 and is developed as the CHA Enterprises, Inc.-Dry Cleaners Ellison Cleaners, which is currently vacant. The Site has one single story brick building on concrete slab construction. The parking area is paved with asphalt with concrete areas to the south of the building. The north and west boundaries are surrounded by a chain-link fence. The east boundary consisted of a public sidewalk and Fowler Avenue, while the southern end of the property is bounded by a public side walk and 28th Street.
