Additional Property Attributes

The site was residential and agricultural until 1955, when an auto body repair shop was built. The site is near the city watershed, and Farmington city and a developer stepped in to facilitate the business moving elsewhere so that the land could be redeveloped as residential. Benzo a pyrene was found in soil, but concentrations did not warrant clean-up, and property remains an auto body repair shop.

Former Use: Site is an auto body repair shop.
