Former Use: The site consists of four parcels in the northwest portion of the City of Rochester. It contains 1.6 acres developed with the Addison Precision Manufacturing Facility, a paved parking lot and gravel parking area. Adjacent properties include residential and commercial lands. Site was historically used as a dry-cleaning facility from its first developed use in 1927 until it was sold in 1958.
