Additional Property Attributes

Arsenic and lead were found at concentrations exceeding screening level, but the Arsenic was not greater than background Arsenic for the area and the lead was detected at depth. Site is currently being used for a recycling center.

Former Use: Site was a former landfill until the late 1960's. The site is currently being used as a waste recycling and composting facility.
