The main building at the subject property was constructed in 1918. A second building was constructed in 1938. Allegedly, a third building was constructed in 1982, but during the site reconnaissance, only two buildings were observed. County Tax Appraisal files show a site schematic as Building #3 as part of a new addition, attached to the main building built in 1918. The subject property is currently developed with two buildings the main building is comprised of approximately 11,288 square feet, with the smaller office building comprised of approximately 652 square feet. There is an additional 1,000 square feet of concrete and 300 square feet of grass, with a total lot size of 13,000 square feet = 0.30 acres.
