Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of one rectangular parcel consisting of 0.24 acres of land occupied by an approximately 11,682 square foot building. The building consists of a brick structure with two basement areas and partial second story. The building is currently vacant and was most recently used as a theater that was damaged by fire in the early 1990s. The building also includes two store fronts with separate entrances 300 and 306 S. Sandusky Avenue. It is the intent of the current owners to restore the building for use as movie and Performing Arts Theater. Based on reviewed documentation, it appears that that the Property has been occupied by a saloon, dwellings and outbuildings in the late 1800s a carriage manufacturer from the late 1800s to early 1900s tires/vulcanizing, auto sales/battery service, printing/upholstering/auto trimming businesses in the 1920s cleaners in the 1920s up to 1930 and a vacant lot in early 1930s. The current building was completed in 1938 and has been occupied by a theater with two storefronts and offices. Various businesses, including Myers cleaners 1950-1969 and Koon�s Cleaners 1941-1945, have occupied the two storefronts. Operations of potential environmental concern that were identified on the Property include tire vulcanizing, battery service, printing, and dry cleaning.

Randolph Strauch and Bucyrus Development Inc. 1978 to 2003, Charles Stewart 1976 to 1978, Earl Yerrick 1968 to 1976, UCI #4 1966 to 1968, Schine Bucyrus Corporation 1948 to 1966 and The Limo Corporation 1948.
