The subject site is a 50-foot strip of currently undeveloped land located between Dr. Martin Luther King Drive and Delmar Boulevard on the east side of 22nd Street in the City of St. Louis. The current address for this property is 2135 Delmar Boulevard. Previous environmental investigations identified that the northern half of this lot was formerly utilized as a filling station with underground storage tanks USTs. The address for this former filling station property was 2130 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive. Three underground storage tanks were found.
