Additional Property Attributes

The former use of the property to store fertilizers and other raw material used in fterilizer production represents a recognized environmental condition to the site.

Former Use: This property originally had two structures. The frame structure has recently been torn down by the previous owner. The remaining building, built 1970, was constructed as a fertilizer plant for the production of agricultural fertilizer and was used as such until 1985. The previous owner left some 55-gallon drums of unknown material behind when he sold the property. These drums and other raw materials on the property were part of the fertilizer business that caused the contamination now needing to be cleaned up.
