Additional Property Attributes

Based on the site visit there are several large storage bags and cardboard containers of fertilizers and other raw material used in fertilizer production. Lab tests indicate metals in these containers.

Former Use: Tri-State Fertilizer has been used for light industrial use from 1952 to 2005; buildings have been used for storage and blending fertilizers and other unknown chemicals for years. Buildings (dilapidated) are more or less abandoned by owner who has left several barrels sitting around. It is unknown what materials, if any, are stored in the barrels.
