The Site was formerly known as Southward Elementary School and was occupied by an 11,393 sq ft building. The property is a rectangular shaped parcel on 230 North Dakota in Superior, NE. Superior schools auctioned the property off for redevelopment shortly after the environmental site assessment. Today the site is home to a new Dollar General discount store. Former Use: Been used as a school since development in 1876. *Asbestos abatement costs were estimated based on the average abatement cost per square foot and linear foot. **Demolition costs were estimated based on the average cost per square foot to demolish a commercial structure.
