Additional Property Attributes

The property, formerly home to a concrete plant and a can manufacturer has been vacant for some time. It is now being redeveloped into a 72 million, mixed-use waterfront community, with 281 apartments, 4,500 square feet of retail, and nearly 500 parking spaces in the historic Fells Point neighborhood.

Former Use: The property was developed prior to 1890 and previous uses have included an oyster and fruit packing company, an ice works facility, salt companies, a can manufacturer, a marine supply, and a concrete plant. Immediately prior to redevelopment, the property contained a two-story art studio and a surface parking lot. The remaining portions of the property consist of open areas and a public promenade.
