Additional Property Attributes

The parcel was reportedly first developed circa 1955 with the existing single-family residence located in the sourthern portion of the stie. Title records from 1957 through 1965 refer to the Subject Property as consisting of a "residence, motel, and gas station". The existing convenience store building was constructed in 1970 and historically operated as Sherman's Country Store until circa 2000. The store was owned and operated by various owners through the 200sand most recently operated as the Khyber Convenience Store until the store and gasoline retail operations ceased circa 2009.
