Additional Property Attributes

Currently a large vacant lot along the DownEaster railroad corridor and within the Town of Plaistow historic village district. The town is pursing redeveloping the Site into a municipal or county building.

Former Use: Phase I In Progress.... Known historical site uses include a box/pallet manufacturing company that included raw lumber processing with kilns and a boiler house, a general store and post office, and an 1800s general store and grain supplier
