Additional Property Attributes

The Property is located the southwest corner of the intersection of Southwest 3rd Street and South Harvey Avenue. Sewer, water, fiberoptic cable, and electric utilities are known to service the Property. The Property is currently vacant. The Property is flat with gentle slope to the south. The Property elevation is approximately 1,198 feet above mean sea level MSL, The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA. The Property�s geology consists of the Quaternary-age Alluvium overlaying Permian-age sedimentary rocks. Soils at the Property are classified as �Urban Land�.

Former Use: Oklahoma Corporation Commission OCC records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks USTs, aboveground storage tanks ASTs, water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features have been located on the Property According to historic sources, the Property was utilized for residential purposes from at least the late 1890s until the 1920s. In the early 1900s, an apartment building was constructed on the southeast portion of the Property, and a grocery store was located in the building. In the 1980s, the Property was cleared, and has remained vacant since.
