Additional Property Attributes

Approximately 30 of the damaged roof decking was repaired and the entire roof was covered with an insulated roofing system to improve energy efficiency. This repair will reduce excess moisture conditions that contribute to mold growth within the structure.

Former Use: Based on review of historical information, the site and surrounding areas have historically consisted of commercial/industrial development. It appears the site was developed as early as 1885. The site was historically utilized as a hotel and general store prior to the development of the Saenger Theatre in 1924. The site has remained unoccupied since the Saenger closed in 1975.
