Additional Property Attributes

Based on the information collected during the Phase I "Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs)" RECs were identified as potential petroleum and hazardous substances associated with various topographically upgradient and adjacent facilities, including a former dry cleaner on the adjoining west property. Due to potential impacts to groundwater from offsite RECs, further assessment is warranted and a Phase II was recommended. Update: The Phase II was conducted on February 22, 2012 in conjunction with the Harleywoods Phase II BTA (C4-046-72874) which consisted of seven parcels with address listings of 5908, 5916, 5922, 5924, 5925, and 5927 Outlook Street, and 5919 Woodson Street. Seven direct-push borings were advanced for the purpose of collecting soil and groundwater samples which were submitted to the laboratory for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) analysis.One sample collected on the 5919 woodson BTA, there was cis 1,2-DCE found in the groundwater, but it was below RSK (.061 ug/L). Cleanup not necessary since levels were below RSK.

Former Use: Residential from 1950's to 1970's. Residence renovated for commercial use 1980's. Structure demoed in 2006 and currently undeveloped. City of Mission past and present ownership.
